Returns Policy for Design One One

Thank you for shopping with Design One One! We want to ensure your satisfaction with our custom apparel and engraving products. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

Requesting a Return: Before making a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at [email protected] and provide the following information:

Date of purchase

Details of the item(s) you would like to return

Reason for the return

Once you receive the RMA number, please prominently write it on the outside of the return parcel.

What Can be Returned: Most items we sell can be returned. However, please ensure that:

All returns are in their original packaging.

Items are in new and unused condition.

No noticeable wear is present on the items.

What Cannot be Returned: We do not accept returns after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Additionally, items that are not in their original packaging, have custom artwork, embroidery or engraving, or have noticeable wear, cannot be returned. Returned items must be in like-new condition to be eligible.

Return Timeframes:

Returns for a refund must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase receipt.

Returns for exchange or store credit must also be made within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Charges: All shipping charges for returning products are the responsibility of the returnee. Design One One does not reimburse shipping charges.

How to Return Your Items:

Contact Customer Support at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. Clearly indicate whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Write the obtained RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the return parcel.
